Rockstar!

No changes with Brant- just growing like a weed! He weighs 3 pounds 14 ounces today! We met with a lactation specialist last night and she gave him the nickname rockstar! She said babies at his adjusted age of 33 weeks do NOT do what he does. He roots around like crazy and can a very strong suck on his pacifier. He also lifts his head off my chest when I hold him sometimes. Everyone is very happy with how he is doing. So we will be meeting with a lactation specialist each day before one of his feedings to read his cues and get him ready for nursing/bottle feeding! YAY!!! 

Oh the nurse today decided to try taking his feedings off of the pump and try gravity again (she will hang the milk in his isolette rather than putting on it the pump) and see how he does. So hopefully that will go well too!
