Another steady night!

Last night Brant had another solid night! All of his levels were better, chest x-ray looked good. They took out his chest tubes :) His vent settings are the lowest they can go with the ventilator he's on now. Darren and I along with my parents & Cody left home a little after 9 this morning and headed down, with one pit stop to Sears so Darren could get a couple tools he needed. 

I was very pleasantly surprised to get here and see him without chest tubes and off the lights. They did a chest x-ray at 1:30 and are going to do another one here in a little bit to check things. But if things keep going well, they were thinking about maybe tonight changing him over the conventional ventilator. OH and they are feeding him more! So far he has been one tough cookie, we just pray that things continue like they have been.
